DRYSAN Usage:

DRYSAN ( other advantages) save up to 90% chemical application cost - using this very fine and economical method of application.

Any specific chemical may be applied (non-oil base) to ensure maximum performance is achieved with displacement volume ranging from

30cu to 300cu M/hour (1,000 to 10,000cu ft/hour), with concentrated chemical usage rates from 0.5 ltr to 5 ltr per hour.

Model Selection:  Select the model that will service your volume requirement within 1 to 2 hours, or less. (OR NEW DRYSAN BASIC for pre testing)

End of Application: Vent the room or allow for dissipation of chemical [depending on type used].

Mounting: External Wall

External is the preferred option for extended durability and minimal servicing.

Mount 'DRYSAN' on an external wall using the option 'pipe kit = 2 x 200mm, 2 x 300mm, + 2 elbow / atom unit'. 

This ensures extended durability of the 'DRYSAN' fans by eliminating chemical-circulation over the fans. Internal is possible with extra fan-servicing/replacement required.

Consideration: For larger rooms, internal circulation is recommended to improve even chemical particle distribution.

Chemicals that have used and function in application as disinfection to-date include:

VIROCID® usage 20%, CHLORWASH® usage 12gr/ltr, QUAT-800® usage 1%, PARASAFE®, CLEAKIL-100, Ambercide and  CID 2000 @ 20% ,  Hydrogen Peroxide.

MST 'DRYSAN' machines have been specifically developed to enable an effective and safer alternative to fumigation with formaldehyde.

''Eggs were swabbed before and after disinfection with Drysan and 3 different CID Lines products in comparison to regular formalin fumigation.

The effect on weight loss during incubation and hatchery results was monitored as well. The overall impression is that disinfection with Drysan + Virocid 1:5 solution is giving comparable results with formalin.
