ON 180 systems: after the eggs have travelled through the machine, if they return on the LEFT (Left handed - LH) or to the Right (Right Handed - RH)

Handing can also be important to for INLINE SYSTEMS:

If the eggs are being processed with the eggs travelling Left to Right (for the purpose of operation / servicing - clean down) the machine is best pre ordered as Right Hand Format (RH)

IN the opposite direction (from Right to Left) the machine is best ordered as a Left Hand format (LH)

All 'SIDELINE' model machines use Stainless in construction.Specification
