Master Range
Two stage Machine (CHLORWASH + QUAT 800) clean and sanitise breeder eggs on clients trays OR (CHLORWASH + RINSE) to clean commercial eggs on clients trays
A very cost-effective system capable of providing maximum bio-security for breeder eggs and treating the tray in one operation.
For use on breeder sites and also in the smaller hatchery for secondary sanitation (processing from 4,000 to 16 000 eggs per hour).
Both 4000 and 5000 controls provide exacting temperature control for these machines.
MACHINES in the Master range can be supplied in 2 lengths;
- 6 feet / 182cm. for use with trays up to 19 inches / 50cm in length
- 8 feet / 240cm. for use with long trays and for multiple loading of small trays.
- 'WIDE' will accept two trays (side by side) to maximum of 25" wide total.
Machines may also be fitted with a 2.5rpm conveyor motor (slower for more exposure time); better suited for dealing with excessively dirty eggs, this will half the speed of the belt and also the throughput.
