我公司总镍设备于2019年8月9日12:00至2019年8月10日08:00上传数据超标异常（夜间不排水），大异常值为：0.846mg/L；我公司与第三方运营单位现场仔细排查发现系前端PAM加药管路堵塞，加药量减少导致污水中悬浮物增多，设备做样时抽取到的悬浮物导致设备测量信号异常，测量数据超标；经清洗消解池与疏通管道后，设备于2019年8月10日11:08恢复正常运行，上传数据也恢复正常。
